Morning Joy Counseling Client Portal
Using our secure client portal on Simple Practice, you can:
- get access to billing documents such as invoices, statements, and superbills and make any payments due.
- see any upcoming appointments you have scheduled with your therapist.
- view any practice policies and intake documents you completed.
- sign any new forms that have been sent to you or obtain documents shared with you by our staff.
- upload updated insurance cards.

Have questions about charges to your account? Do you need to provide updated billing information (credit/debit card, insurance, etc)?

Cancellations/Appointment Requests
For current clients only, you can cancel from your portal. Or please reach out to your therapist via their e-mail address/phone extension that was provided to you when scheduling your intake appointment. They can help you with cancellations and/or rescheduling appointment times.
